THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1.  Must carry and provide proof of insurance to cover the duration of the event

2.  If serving alcohol, you will be required to provide proof of a Liquor License  

3.  Any event with 100 people or more will be required to rent Portable      Bathrooms at an additional cost.

​4.  Tables  and Chairs are the responsibility of the event holder.  

5.  Must remove All Trash generated by the event from the premises

6.  Must return space to same condition as at start of rental​
